“That’s not what I’ve seen, and it’s not how I think about it. The technology is best used to make good people more effective: clearing out the repetitive work so the humans on the team can spend their time on judgment calls, the calls that actually require experience and context a model doesn’t have. The organizations getting real value out of AI right now aren’t the ones asking, ‘What can we automate away?’ They’re asking, ‘What can we take off our best people’s plates so their judgment goes further?’ That’s the difference between AI as a threat and AI as a force multiplier,” Broidy said.
