“I think of AI as a force multiplier and an occasional sounding board rather than a teammate—it doesn’t share accountability the way a person does. We use AI tools to move faster on diligence and pattern recognition, but every judgment call still runs through a human who owns the outcome. The tools constantly become that much smarter, but, ultimately, the judgment and accountability stay with the human being,” Broidy told Fast Company.
