Elliott Broidy Commits $500,000 to ACA Caring Connections Program Supporting Corrections Families

Elliott Broidy, chairman and CEO of Broidy Capital Holdings, has committed $500,000 to the American Correctional Association’s Caring Connections Program. The program supports corrections professionals and their families through family experiences, educational opportunities, and help in times of need.

The gift will help the program reach more correctional officers, community corrections professionals, healthcare staff, educators, and their families nationwide. ACA described it as the most significant philanthropic investment the program has ever received.

“Corrections professionals serve our nation’s communities every day, often without recognition and frequently under extraordinary circumstances,” Elliott Broidy said. “Behind every correctional professional is a family that shares in those sacrifices. The Caring Connections Program recognizes that reality and provides meaningful support and extraordinary opportunities for families. I am honored to support this important effort and help ensure that those who serve others are not forgotten.”
